Who is Wellness For moved me and resonated with me so deeply, and I just finished reading Survival last night. "funny how chronic pain is both the wound and the opening." OOF, yeah. I can't wait to pick up Like a Bird soon. I listened to your conversation with Marlee, too, and it's all keeping me anchored as I move through that same intense dysregulation you're experiencing. I like that I can unplug from social media and still hear the cry for freedom resounding loudly through your newsletters.
